Following Sandoval’s lawsuit against Madix for allegedly releasing an explicit video of Raquel Leviss, Madix appears to have thrown a not-so-subtle shot at her former partner. On Wednesday, the Bravo star celebrated Vanderpump Rules’ most recent Emmy nomination for outstanding unscripted reality program. She uploaded an Instagram story praising all of her castmates, but chose to entirely disregard Sandoval in the shot, or should we say (wiped him out).

The caption accompanied a poster of the musical, which featured the complete ensemble, but the star, who made her Broadway debut in Chicago, seems hesitant to include her ex. She pasted an animated sticker over Sandoval to obscure his appearance. The sticker featured a purple and gold achievement ribbon with the words “well done” inscribed across it.

Following Tom Sandoval’s lawsuit, Ariana Madix isn’t holding back. A curt “well done” on his face the day after the news broke hinted at her emotions, but her song choice has made them further plain. Madix wrote a tale referencing Taylor Swift’s “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” in which she appears to be surviving well despite the stress.

On July 16, Tom Sandoval filed a lawsuit against his former partner, Ariana Madix. The lawsuit charges an invasion of privacy. He alleges Madix accessed obscene films on his phone depicting him and their previous co-star, Raquel Leviss.

The case follows an infidelity incident involving Sandoval and Leviss, which shook their buddy group and the show in March 2023. The turmoil, dubbed “Scandoval” by fans, ultimately ended Madix and Sandoval’s nine-year relationship. The Bravo personality has accused her ex-partner of accessing his phone and discovering intimate videos of him and Leviss from March 1, 2023, without his “authorization or permission.” He claims that the Love Island USA host copied a video from his phone before their separation and distributed it to Leviss and third persons without his permission.
