Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas went to Farhan Akhtar’s house on Monday night, leaving fans speculating if it was for Jee Le Zaraa. Several photos and videos of the couple appeared on social media platforms. Priyanka wore a blue satin dress for the visit, while Nick Jonas dressed in a black shirt, jeans, and a red cap. As the photographers encircled their car, the couple waved to them. Priyanka grinned and folded her hands in front of them. Apart from Nick and Priyanka, Ritesh Sidhwani was also seen outside Farhan’s house.

Fans speculate whether the meeting was for Jee Le Zaraa.
A fan account posted a video of the couple on Instagram. In response, someone replied, “Was the meeting for Jee Le Zaraa.” “I hope they start it soon.” A commenter asked, “Is it for Jee Le Zaraa? Ritesh is also there. “Happy times ahead.” “Are we expecting Jee Le Zara in progress?” another admirer inquired.

About Jee Le Zaraa announcement, delay, and speculations
Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif, was announced for 2021. However, since there were no big updates on the project, various stories claimed that there were delays owing to a change in the cast. Zoya Akhtar clarified that the film had not been shelved. “We’re just waiting for the dates,” she explained to India Today in 2023.

Last year, Farhan told Variety, “We just have issues with dates, and the actor’s strike that has happened has put Priyanka’s dates in a huge tizzy with what can happen and what can’t, so I’ve started genuinely believing that that film now has a destiny of its own.” We’ll see what happens.

However, insiders told Hindustan Times, “The truth is that Priyanka Chopra did not like the script and said no to it.” She was meant to travel to India to attend her sister Parineeti Chopra’s wedding while also signing the film contract. However, there were creative differences that prevented things from moving further.
