Deepika Padukone has posted an old video clip to mark the 11th anniversary of her 2013 film Chennai Express. The actor took to Instagram to reveal a behind-the-scenes video of herself and Shah Rukh Khan, her co-star in the Rohit Shetty flick. Shah Rukh called Deepika Singham five times.
In the BTS video, Shah Rukh is heard remarking, “She is Singham 5.” He also instructed her to recreate Singham’s hallmark posture. Both of them did this. The duo also had fun in the video. The clip also included Deepika’s classic dialogue from the film, “Kahan se khareedi aisi bakwaas dictionary” (where did you get such a useless dictionary?).

Fans think SRK anticipated Deepika would be part of the Singham franchise.
Deepika captioned the video, “How many times do you think I’ve had to repeat this dialogue!?” Sahi jawaab ko milega ‘Ek Bakwaas Dictionary’ (correct answers will result in a ‘useless dictionary’!!! (Laughing emoji).” Many fans replied to her tweet, with one writing, “We need such entertainment movies back!!” Another person mentioned, “Dialogue must have repeated 20 times.”
The second person wrote, “I can’t miss this movie.” A supporter shared, “He envisioned it before anyone else that she would be doing a Singham movie.” “Wow, SRK prophesied that Deepika would join the Singham franchise. Brilliant.” “Love their chemistry, the film, and SRK,” one commenter wrote.

Singham is a 2011 action film that marks the first part of Rohit’s Cop Universe. Ajay Devgn plays the lead in the film as Bajirao Singham, a police officer. It also features Kajal Aggarwal and Prakash Raj. Following that, Ajay and Rohit teamed on the sequel, Singham Returns (2014). Ajay reprises his role in Simmba (2018) and Sooryavanshi (2021), which are part of the Cop universe.
Deepika’s upcoming films
A sequel to Singham Returns, titled Singham Again, will be released in 2024. Deepika, Ajay, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh co-star in the film. Deepika was last seen in Kalki, 2898 AD. Nag Ashwin directs the post-apocalyptic film, which is influenced by Hindu scriptures and takes place in 2898 AD. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani.
