In a previous interview, actor Adah Sharma discussed moving into Sushant Singh Rajput’s apartment, stating that it gives her a good vibe.
Actress Adah Sharma recently confirmed that she has moved into the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s Mumbai apartment. And now, a video of her singing bhajan in the house has surfaced and is gaining traction on social media. In a video shared by Mumbai-based photographer Viral Bhayani, Adah can be seen singing a bhajan. She can be seen seated on a white marble platform in front of the mandir. Adah is dressed in a simple white salwar kameez as she sings a soulful Ram bhajan.
As the video went viral, social media users expressed their support and praised her singing abilities. “May God bless you.. may this house bring you luck and prosperity,” a user wrote.
One user commented, “So soothing” and another, “Beautiful voice … Jai Shree Ram”. “Beautiful voice,” said one user, while another wrote, “She is a pure-hearted girl.”
Making the Big Move
Adah revealed in a recent interview that she moved into the place four months ago.
“I moved into the flat (Mont Blanc Apartments, Bandra) four months ago, but I was busy promoting my projects, such as Bastar and the OTT release of The Kerala Story. After that, I spent some time at Mathura’s elephant sanctuary. It’s only recently that I’ve had some time off and settled in,” Adah told the Bombay Times.
She added, “I’ve lived in the same house at Pali Hill (Bandra) my entire life, and this is the first time I’ve moved out. I am extremely sensitive to vibes, and this place gives me positive ones. Our homes in Kerala and Mumbai were surrounded by trees, and we used to feed the birds and squirrels. So I wanted a home with a view and plenty of space to feed birds.”
It was also revealed that Adah had given the place a makeover, beginning with painting the entire interior white. She converted the lower floor into a mandir, one room on the top floor into a music room, and another into a dance studio. She also transformed the terrace into a garden. Adah and her mother have chosen minimalist living and have very little furniture, with the report stating that they both “sleep and eat on the floor”.
About renting the property
It was reported in August 2023 that Adah was purchasing a flat at Mont Blanc Apartments. TellyChakkar reported that Adah’s team had confirmed the news to them. Sushant reportedly rented the apartment in December 2019 for ₹4.5 lakh monthly. It is a duplex spanning over 3,600 square feet, with a large hall on the lower floor and three bedrooms on the upper floor. However, it has been revealed that Adah has been renting the apartment for five years.
