Janhvi Kapoor’s hospitalisation was verified by her father, Boney Kapoor. The actress was busy promoting her new flick Ulajh when she became ill.
Janhvi Kapoor, who has been working on her next film Ulajh, has been hospitalised due to severe food poisoning. Her father and producer Boney Kapoor confirmed the news in an interview with NDTV, saying she will be freed from the hospital in a day or two. Road to Recovery
A source close to the actor verified the story to Hindustan Times, stating that Janhvi was admitted to a South Mumbai hospital on Thursday. She had a “severe case of food poisoning”.
She has postponed all of her appointments for Wednesday and the remainder of the week due to her health. She is now on her way to recovery, “though she is struggling with weakness”.
Boney also confirmed the report with NDTV. He stated that her condition has improved and that she will be freed from the hospital in one to two days after recovering.
Janhvi reportedly returned to Mumbai from Chennai on Tuesday. She didn’t feel well on Wednesday, so she opted not to go out.

Recently, the performer has been juggling her personal and professional lives. She was recently seen attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding ceremony. Following that, she began promoting her forthcoming film Ulajh, in which she plays Suhana Bhatia.
