Alia Bhatt is overjoyed for the cast of Rajesh A Krishan’s heist comedy Crew. The film, starring Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Saon, stunned everyone with the biggest opening for a female-led picture at the global box office. Alia complimented the ladies in the film and behind the scenes on their accomplishment. Alia posted to Instagram Stories on Friday to share a Crew poster starring the three leading ladies. She stated, “This #Crew has busted the BO (sparkle emoji). Congratulations to these incredible ladies on and off screen.” She then tagged not only Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti, but also the producers Rhea and Ekta Kapoor. Kriti shared Alia’s wishes on Instagram Stories and replied, “Aliaa. “Thank you, love (red heart emoji).

Interestingly, Kriti and Alia shared the National Award for Best Actress last year for their roles in Mimi and Gangubai Kathiawadi. Alia has also confessed that she has always looked up to Kareena, who is now her sister-in-law. They even shared a couch on Season 7 of Koffee with Karan last year.
Crew grossed ₹20 crore worldwide on day one, surpassing the opening of Alia’s 2022 blockbuster Gangubai Kathiawadi. The domestic box office opening for Alia’s period film is ₹10.50 crore, surpassing Crew’s ₹9.25 crore.
Other female actors who wished the Crew team well on Instagram Stories included Bhumi Pednekar and Huma Qureshi.
Crew is a comedic story about three ladies set in the troubled aviation business. However, their fates lead to some unjustified situations, and they become entangled in a web of falsehoods.
‘Crew’, directed by Rajesh A Krishnan, stars Kareena, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon as air hostesses. From swiping peanut packs intended passengers airplanes to plotting to make a lot of money and up the glam factor, the trio has piqued interest.
The film, produced by Balaji Telefilms and the Anil Kapoor Film & Communications Network, was released on March 29.
