Here’s how Ben Affleck helped Jennifer Lopez prepare for her role in Atlas

A cast member of Atlas has disclosed how Ben Affleck assisted Jennifer Lopez with the script for her most recent movie, amidst rumors of a breakup between the two.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have received a lot of media attention in recent weeks due to reports about their breakup. Jennifer’s latest film was also released on Netflix on May 24. Now, in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jennifer’s co-star Sterling K. Brown reveals how her husband, Ben Affleck, helped her prepare for the starring role. How Ben Helped JLo
Jennifer Lopez plays Atlas Shepherd, a misanthropic data analyst who rejects artificial intelligence. In the interview, Sterling stated, “Every now and then, Ben [Affleck] would read the lines for Smith.” And I believe the newlyweds, who were still deeply in love, simply wanted to hear his voice. As a result, her reactions were occasionally influenced by her husband’s speech.

More details
Rumours of a split between Ben and Jennifer have circulated in recent weeks. Jennifer attended the Met Gala earlier this month without Ben, where she served as a co-chair. She was also seen attending the Atlas premiere sans Ben. Furthermore, Ben was seen without his wedding ring, which contributed to the conversation. Both of them were first engaged in 2002, but their relationship ended two years later. They rekindled their passion and were married in July 2022.

The official description of Atlas says, “Atlas Shepherd (Jennifer Lopez), a brilliant but misanthropic data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence, joins a mission to capture a renegade robot with whom she shares a mysterious past.” Brad Peyton directed the thriller, which also stars Simu Liu and Sterling K. Brown. The film received unfavorable reviews and presently has a low Rotten Tomatoes score of 17%.
