Kate Middleton’s condition: Kensington Palace finally makes a statement

Concerns regarding Kate Middleton’s health have been addressed by Kensington Palace in a recent statement, following Prince William’s unexpected absence from the King Constantine Memorial Service.

The Duchess of Cambridge “continues to be doing well,” the Palace assured royal watchers, assuaging their fears.

Concerns for the wellbeing of the royal family were raised when Prince William reportedly quit the service over a “personal matter,” according to Daily Mail articles.

However, the Palace made it plain that Kate Middleton is currently recuperating from stomach surgery that she underwent last month at Adeliade Cottage in Windsor. The Duchess is with her children while she focuses on her recovery.

Meanwhile, the poignant event in the fifteenth-century church was presided over by Queen Camilla.

There were also several members of the Greek royal family, Queen Anne-Marie, the widow of the late King Constantine, and Crown Prince Pavlos, their eldest son.

There was a noticeable absence of King Charles at the service. He was advised not to go by his doctor after learning earlier this month that he had an unspecified kind of cancer. The absence of Prince William and King Charles has exposed the precarious state of health within the royal family.

At the memorial service, King Constantine, who was eighty-two when he died in January of last year due to a stroke, was honored. In the dismal backdrop, the royal family and guests honored his legacy and contributions to the realm.
