The Pakistan Peoples Party’s Lahore chapter conducted ecstatic celebrations and set up a victory camp at Charing Cross to commemorate Asif Ali Zardari’s victory in the presidential election.

The celebrations began with the formal declaration of the election results from both the national and provincial parliament.

The landmark Charing Cross was covered with vivid party flags, banners, and congratulatory flex signs to represent the party’s communal joy and triumph.

The gathering was attended by representatives and dedicated party members from both the center and the Lahore division.

Esteemed members of the Punjab Assembly representing the PPP attended the event, joining elected officials in celebrating Asif Ali Zardari’s landslide victory.

Sweets were offered as a token of thanks and solidarity to hardworking employees and the general public, fostering a sense of unity and shared success.

Traditional horse dances and dazzling pyrotechnics added to the celebration’s exuberance.

Furthermore, to demonstrate the party’s commitment to social welfare, ‘langar’ was distributed to the disadvantaged, symbolizing the PPP’s principles of compassion and inclusivity
