On Sunday night, when the family was being driven home from the airport, robbers in police uniform stole money, jewelry, and other items from them.
Nadeem, a family member, informed Nishtar Colony police that when he was driving his family members from the airport home, thieves in a van wearing Ring Road police uniforms stopped them at gunpoint and took their money and possessions.
He reported to the authorities that the family was leaving the airport to return home after visiting a foreign nation.
Following the filing of a case in response to Nadeem’s complaint, police began their investigation.
