Rumors have been circulating for a while now that Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan will work together on their debut movie.
In Sujoy Ghosh’s film King, Suhana plays an orphan girl, and Shah Rukh will be seen protecting her.
Many were thrilled to hear the news, but it turned out that the project had been shelved.
FirstPost reports that SRK appears to have pulled out of the initiative in order to shield his daughter from the negative effects of comparison. The fallout from Suhana’s performance in her first movie, which drew a lot of criticism from critics, is another issue that worries SRK.
