Ishq Vishk Rebound Teaser: Rohit Saraf and Pashmina Roshan starrer looks promising, but fans want Shahid Kapoor

The much-awaited teaser for Rohit Saraf and Pashmina Roshan’s next flick Ishq Vishk Rebound has been released, but fans miss Shahid Kapoor.

Shahid Kapoor made his acting debut two decades ago, in Ken Ghosh’s 2003 film Ishq Vishk, opposite Amrita Rao. He quickly became a star due to his boy-next-door charm and was dubbed the chocolate boy of Bollywood.

So when the sequel, Ishq Vishk Rebound, was unveiled, the crowd was clearly fascinated. The intriguing cast, which included the lovable Rohit Saraf as the lead, Hrithik Roshan’s cousin Pashmina Roshan, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham actor Jibraan Khan, and Maamla Legal Hai star Naila Grrewal, kept us interested.

Much to our delight, the makers have finally released a trailer for the highly anticipated romantic comedy. Rohit begins by discussing how people in love perceive the person they love in everyone else. As we meet the other characters, the love track Chot Dil Pe Lagi by Ishq Vishk plays in the background. However, Rohit stresses that this is not a story about that type of love. We get a glance inside the universe of Ishq Vishk Rebound, but the music transports us back to the 2003 film.

After seeing the one-minute, four-second film, we can confidently say that Ishq Vishk Rebound seems promising. The new pairings add energy to the project. Fans, however, are disappointed that Shahid is not included in this sequel. In the comments section below, one social media user commented, “Want Shahid Kapoor cameo,” while another wrote, “Shahid Kapoor ka tagra camio chihiye best of luck.” Another added, “We want Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao cameo..!!” Plzz.” A few even stated that they do not believe Ishq Vishk Rebound can match with the original.

Well, we’ll have to wait and see. Rohit, Pashmina, Jibraan, and Naila’s film is planned to be released in theaters on June 21.
